Through exploring your Human Design chart you will gain an understanding of your natural energy and identify areas where you are pushing against your natural flow. Crystal Reiki and embodiment practices help you to move through energy blocks, create more space, and support your healing. Coaching sessions provide you the space to deeply explore your purpose and passions while creating a plan for you to take the next right actions to live a more joyful and fulfilled life!
The moment I knew something had to change was in 2019. I was sitting by the pool on an island getaway and I was miserable. “Is this it?” was all I could think. Years of unexplained chronic back pain, recovering from a hip replacement, high stress jobs where your value is measured by your productivity, and obligatory responsibilities left me feeling like life lost all of its color and joy. At the end of day there was nothing left to fuel my passions.
I knew something had to change. And I was ready to embrace the change. Are you?
I asked for help and focused on healing my mind, body and spirit. I learned to energetically shield, start listening to my body again, and beginning the process of knowing what I wanted and where I wanted to go.
Explored and learned many modalities from many different teachers and practitioners in order to heal. Started following what resonated with me. Focused on developing my energy skills through Reiki, Crystals, Akashic Record Readings, Human Design, and embodiment practices.
