What to know about Crystal Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique that works to reduce stress, create an environment of relaxation to promote healing on physical, emotional, and mental levels. Sessions can be in person or remote. Crystals are used on or around the Chakras (energy centers) to support the energy work.

Root Chakra: The 1st energy center is related to the earth element and is about your safety, security, and being ground.

Sacral Chakra: The 2nd energy center is related to the water element and is about your creativity, sexuality, and pleasure.

“I embrace a joyful, creative, pleasurable life.”

Solar Plexus Chakra: The 3rd energy center is related to the fire element and is about your self-esteem, strength, ego, and transformation. In Human Design this energy center is two distinct centers, the Spleen Center and the Emotional Solar Plexus.

“I am courageous in exploring my unlimited potential.”

Heart Chakra: The 4th energy center is related to the air element. It is bridge between the lower and the upper centers. It is about your compassion, gratitude, and love. In Human Design this center is two distinct centers, the G/Identify Center and the Will Center.

“I love myself and others and I am an expression of love.”

Throat Chakra: The 5th energy center is related to the ether/space element. It is about your expression, authenticity, and communication.

“I am honest, open, and live an authentic life.”

3rd Eye Chakra: The 6th energy center is related to the light element. It is your source of intuition and imagination.

“I see clearly and trust my insights.”

Crown Chakra: The 7th energy center is related to your sense of unity and oneness. It is your spirituality and consciousness.
